Home Sharing is a growing phenomenon in all international cities: the costs of living are increasing and this is often the only way to benefit from a decent accommodation close to where you study or work.

More and more people are spending several months abroad for studying or for short term assignments (interim missions, specific project).

To arrive in a foreign city can be difficult: you have to make new friends and it's not always easy.

When you are busy studying or working, you have no time to take care of the day to day logistics issue (house cleaning, pay the utility bill, set up a working internet connexion, etc...)

Our Home Sharing offer is the perfect solution for graduate students or young professionals that are not willing to stay in an hotel, in a student hostel or in a YMCA.

You can stay in a Master Bedroom (with private, en suite bathroom) or in a Standard Bedroom which share the bathroom with another room in the flat or in the house.

Our policy is to put ONE CUSTOMER per room with a MAXIMUM of 2 OCCUPANTS per room (typically for people who are coming with their partner).

Our rates are PER ROOM and not per occupant. They include the following services WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST:

• weekly cleaning,
• Cable TV subscription
• Unlimited High Speed Internet subscription
• Wireless internet
• Normal maintenance and repair costs
• Utility subscriptions
• Hot line and email for our customers to use if there is any issue in the unit.

All our Serviced Apartment or Serviced Houses are fully equipped with:

• Refrigerator & freezer
• Cooker
• Cutelry
• Dishes
• Cooking gear
• Kettle
• Coffe machine

• Bedsheets
• Towels

Important note:

Bedding can vary depending of the flat or house (one single bed, 2 single bed that form a queen size bed, queen size bed, king size bed). If you whish to stay with your partner please make sure that you select a room with the appropriate bedding (when in doubt, contact us!!)
